The bloomers can be made wtih a hip pocket and ruffled hem or make a pair of Britches with a cargo pocket and cuffed hem. They are both quick and easy to sew and kids look adorable when they wear them! You'll have all the excitement picking out pretty fabrics. Includes a picture, pattern and complete instructions.
