As we continue our impressive growth trend, we are seeking a full-time Web/Application Developer to join our team.
Job Summary
This is a new position and a great opportunity for a mid-level developer with the eagerness to learn and grow with our new platform. You’ll hit the ground running with the latest technology and cloud platforms. Our team is small, moves quickly and provides the resources for you to be successful.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Creation of site layout user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Placement and layout of website pages given client provided content
- Development of robust and user-friendly .NET-based web applications
- Design and creation of relational database schemas
- SQL Server T-SQL development
- Application/Framework design
- Specifications/Requirements gathering
- Routine daily maintenance of existing site and applications
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
- 5+ years of web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, LINQ and T-SQL
- Proven .NET experience and proficiency in Object Oriented Design and Programming
- Fluency in MVC, Bootstrap, jQuery and ASP.NET frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (SQL, Blob, Web Apps, Web Jobs, CDN, Cosmos DB, Application Insights and Azure Search) and Amazon Web Services (SES and SNS) cloud platforms
- Proficiency in web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
- Required computer program knowledge includes Visual Studio, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), LINQPad
- Solid understanding of Git repositories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate directly with peers, managers and clients while leading development to a completed and successful solution
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be a self-starter / motivated with minimal supervision
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Preferred Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred
- Understanding of the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO
- Familiarity with SEM, marketing strategies and Google Analytics
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to distinguish between colors

This position requires on-site attendance Monday-Friday with emergency on-call requirements.
