As we continue our impressive growth trend, we are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Cut fabrics accurately for kits and orders
- Fold fabrics per specifications and assemble kits
- Collate patterns and thread sets
- Securely package items to prepare shipments
- Perform inventory counts, re-stock shelves, manage backstock
- Pick and prepare ecommerce orders
- Contribute to special projects as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid understanding of basic arithmetic; ability to work with yards and inches
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality work and products
- Must be a self-starter / motivated with minimal supervision
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to distinguish between colors
- Lift up to 50 pounds
