Operations and Marketing Assistant
Job Description:
The Operations and Marketing Assistant will play an instrumental role in digital marketing, on-line product management and brand content creation. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and resourceful. Must be a self-starter with the ability to act as a flexible and innovative team player. This individual possesses excellent time management and organizational skills required to meet and exceed business goals and deadlines.

Content:
Help in driving growth of the business's primary content databases by contributing to the brand health and customer experience through compelling content.
- Strategic creation, publication, and distribution of written and visual content
- Exploring and recommending new initiatives that support business objectives
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Writing, editing and content design management
Social Media:
Actively engages in relevant social media discussions as a representative of the business, reaching out to new and existent consumers and ultimately increasing the business/products following.
- Responsible for ensuring the business website and social media platforms consist of easily digestible content, navigation, structure, and design
- Contribute to the businesses platforms through helpful marketing content aligned with the interests and needs of the target audience
- Maintain and manage social media calendar
Product Management:
The Operations and Marketing Assistant role will also focus on creating and managing online content of the brand’s store including:
- Managing, optimizing and creating product listings
- Owning multiple projects at once while maintaining a high level of detail
- Maintaining a positive relationship with business’s suppliers and vendors
- Inventory management
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Support all other duties as assigned by manager
