Social Media Specialist
Full Time, non-exempt - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Job Description
Our Social Media & Marketing Specialist will build & implement strategies to grow our following and drive sales across multiple platforms. You will monitor and respond to social media communications in an engaging and professional manner. You will combine your creativity with our brand values to create original content and graphics that will generate interest and drive traffic to our website. You will track, analyze and report metrics regarding our social media presence and growth.
Qualifications
Our perfect candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience working in social media marketing in a professional setting
- Some coursework or education specific to business, marketing, or design
- An understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, targeted marketing campaigns, and keyword research
- Excellent writing skills & the ability to communicate appropriately with our demographic
- Ingenuity to solve problems & flexibility to change directions quickly
- An obsession & deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Special consideration will be given to applicants with sewing or quilting experience
Additional information
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. We continue to develop our benefits package which currently includes PTO, paid holidays, 401K with generous match, and employee discounts. A major medical plan is not available at this time.
