We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team!

Position Summary:
The Inventory Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. This role plays an essential part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload deliveries, verifying that products match purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Inspect items for accuracy, quality, and potential damage.
  • Accurately record received goods into inventory management systems.
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits.
  • Communicate discrepancies or damaged items to the Warehouse Manager or Inventory Team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using inventory systems and basic computer skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
