How to Sew a Love Bug Pillow
Moda and Creativity Shell are calling on quilt shops and sewing enthusiasts everywhere to sew for a cause - youth mental health awareness and arts education! Join Jen as she demonstrates how fun and quick it is to make a Love Bug Pillow! These adorable pillows make great gifts for young ones, with the great opportunity to give notes of encouragement that slip perfectly in the Love Bug's wings!
Creativity Shell is an incredible nonprofit organization that teaches classes, such as sewing, cooking and building to children in libraries, schools, ABA therapy centers, the juvenile justice system and rescue children from homelessness and human trafficking. Love Bugs can be donated to schools, children's groups and therapy centers in your local area. If you'd like to reach out to Creativity Shell, you can email Shelancia Daniel at sdaniel@creativityshell.org or Brittnie Grono at bgrono@creativityshell.org.
The Love Bug Pillow Kit and pattern are no longer available. But don't let that stop you! Download the free pattern and bring your own fabric selections to the project.
