Summary:

The pattern is described as easy to follow overall, with clear cutting and piecing instructions, helpful color-coded pictures, and the option to use either quilt-as-you-go or traditional piecing. A few customers found it confusing at first because the original directions were quilt-as-you-go, and one noted discrepancies in the instructions, including a missing HST and a mismatch between the fabric list and the illustration. Even so, the design was liked, with customers calling it beautiful or lovely and saying they were looking forward to using it or ordering again.

Easy and Fast Pattern

This pattern contains two methods of assembly, quilt as you go, and traditional piecing. All the instructions for cutting and piecing the traditional were good and easy to understand. Very good pictures that are color coded for assembly.

Confusing at first but very nice design

This pattern was confusing to me as the original instructions were quilt as you go. Thankfully, additional instructions were included for traditional piecing. I just finished the quilt top and really like the design.

Fun quilt - but pay attention!

The pattern was easy to follow, but I did find a few discrepancies. The pattern listed the need for 35 HSTs, but really it needs 36. My quilt kit also came with more fabric types than were listed in the cutting instructions, but the illustration had them labelled correctly, so this wasn't too hard to fix. It really was a fun quilt, though, and those differences weren't too hard to identify and fix.
