These leave-in EPP templates are pre-cut to .625" diameter from semi-water-soluble appliqué paper. Fuse to the wrong side of fabric using a warm, dry iron, and leave papers inside finished project. When washed, they semi-dissolve into soft fibers that can remain safely inside your project.
