The Superior Titanium-coated Topstitch #80/12 needles are guaranteed to last 5-8 times longer than regular needles. With 5 needles to a package, these are recommended for light-weight threads. Since these needles have an ultra thin coating of titanium nitride they will stay sharper longer. Topstitch needles have a larger eye and a deeper groove. Use for piecing, quilting, embroidery.
