Combine Christmas Florals with Coordinating Prints

Let the poinsettias lead your design, then use smaller coordinating prints to support them. Holly berries and greenery bring movement to patchwork, while quieter fabrics provide contrast around the more detailed floral and ornament designs.

Natural backgrounds can lighten a quilt filled with rich Christmas colors. Black backgrounds create a dramatic setting for metallic accents, while hunter green, scarlet, and red offer familiar holiday warmth. Ice and silver combinations provide another beautiful direction for winter décor.
